Because we decided to get rid of:

Exaggerated Individualism: The overvaluation of individualism and the distrust of collective collaboration.

Chronic pessimism: The persistent belief that our efforts will fail and that there is no point in trying to do anything.

Lack of Trust in Others: The belief that others will let us down.

Resistance to Change: Which prevents adaptation to a shared vision and innovative initiatives.

Skepticism of Spiritual Values and Mental Relaxation: A skeptical attitude towards the spiritual benefits or mental relaxation can undermine the deep understanding of the positive impact of the project.

Destructive Competition: Rivalries that weaken team spirit and collaboration.

Discouraging Personal Initiative: Belief that any personal initiative is useless or does not contribute significantly.

Lack of confidence in one's own ability to produce changes: A persistent belief that individual actions cannot effect change or bring benefits.
